§ 98.01. DEFINITIONS.

For the purpose of this chapter, FALSE ALARM or ERRONEOUS ACTIVATION shall be defined as, but not limited to either the intentional activation of a security alarm system when there exists no emergency or necessary situation for the Warsaw Police Department to be dispatched, or activation of a security alarm system caused by improper or negligent maintenance or operation of the system or the premises.
